There are all kinds of adjectives you can use to describe it - whimsical, sunny, carefree, laid-back, charming - but my favorite one to use would have to be "wonderful." Put this on as you're heading to the beach, or the lake, or as you're skipping out of work early to loll around in the park for the afternoon.
